Refund Policy for Andrea Dalton


At Andrea Dalton, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund policy to make sure you are taken care of.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.  Please note that we only accept returns on items that are in their original condition and unopened packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to make sure they meet our return policy requirements. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send back the item(s). Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your exchange and send out the replacement item(s) as soon as possible. Opened products will not be accepted unless faulty. 

Shipping

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective.
